The hostel is located in a convenient area, with easy access to transportation options. the staff provides excellent service and genuinely cares about their guests, going above and beyond to make them feel at home. the rooms are well-maintained and offer a comfortable stay, with a new paint job needed for a fresh look. Despite some minor issues with taps and power outlets in certain rooms, the overall experience is positive. the breakfast is delicious and satisfying, providing a good start to the day.

The views from the room were really nice and romantic. the room had a nice balcony that let us enjoy the beautiful surroundings. the hotel's location was perfect for our romantic escape, as it was close to a lot of tourist spots that we had on our list to visit. We were also pleasantly surprised by the complimentary champagne bottle that was waiting for us in our room when we arrived.

The room was not as clean as we would have liked, and the bathroom smelled bad when we arrived. the bed was uncomfortable and the linens felt old and worn out.

I really liked the personal care and concern that the hotel staff showed towards me. Everyone from the manager to the cook and room boy was excellent in their service. The manager even allowed me to stay in a vacant room for a few hours after check-out, which was really thoughtful. The breakfast was nice and the location was well connected.

They were always ready to help and provided excellent service. the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was also advantageous as it was conveniently located near major attractions and transportation options, making it easy for me to explore the city.

The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The rooms were not properly cleaned and there were some maintenance issues.
